At some point, 87-00089 was assigned to B Company - "Hillclimbers", 214th Aviation Regiment, 25th Infantry Division, located at Wheeler Army Airfield on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. B Company, 214 Aviation Regiment was the former 147th Assault Support Helicopter Company (ASHC). As of 1 January 2002, this aircraft was 33.9 years old. As of 14 August 1999, the last known location of 87-00089 was Wheeler Army Airfield on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, assigned to B Company, 214th Aviation Regiment.
