| To view the vast majority of the these pages requires that your browser version be up to date. The pages are known to function correctly in Internet Explorer 4.0 and Netscape 4.0, or above. There is extensive use of Java and Shockwave on this site. If you are running an older version of any browser, then you will miss out on a lot of neat stuff. If you see a blank spot on the page and think something should be there, then it is probably because you don't have Java enabled, or your browser is out of date. If you are using AOL to view the pages, it is recommended that you use AOL to establish your Internet connection, then minimize AOL and open Internet Explorer or Netscape and browse the Internet. If you are using AOL and the photographs appear less than crystal clear, then you have compression turned on in AOL. See your documentation on how to turn it off, or better yet - use Internet Explorer. These pages also incorporate the use of sound on every page, so turn up the volume and enjoy yourself. Finally, these pages and images were created on a computer with a screen resolution of 800 x 600 with 24 bit true color. When viewed on a monitor at less than 16 million colors, they may not appear to be so good - but really, they are. |

Please, remember - while visiting the CH-47 website, please do not touch, pet, feed, throw things, shout, wave your hands, shoot at, make obscene gestures, or stare directly at the helicopters. They are on a strict diet of JP-8 (Jet Fuel), MIL-H-83282 (Hydraulic Fluid), MIL-L-23699 (Oil), .50 caliber ammunition, and become quite aggressive when threatened. Sudden movement, piss poor pilot technique, O-1's and WO-1's, O-5's and above, and improper maintenance procedures often upsets them as well. We appreciate your observance of this policy. |

| The following hot links point to the major areas of this website. Not all pages are shown and some, if not all, areas contain subdirectories and pages with additional information. If one is looking for photographs, there is quite a selection in the Gallery. However, there are thousands of additional Chinook photographs buried all over the site. Only a thorough viewer can find them all. |
