             07-08735, Boeing Vertol Tab Number M8735, was a CH-47F helicopter. The U.S. Army acceptance date was 23 April 2010. As of 2 November 2011, 07-08735 accumulated 232.4 aircraft hours.

   07-08735 was a new build airframe with all new components installed.

   In November 2010, 07-08735 was initially assigned to B Company - "Hillclimbers", 3rd General Support Aviation Battalion (GSAB), 25th Infantry Division, located at Wheeler Army Airfield (PHHI), Schofield Barracks, on the Island of Oahu, in the State of Hawaii.

   Beginning in January 2011, 07-08735 was utilized extensively for the next 8 months in the train up of aircrews undergoing CH-47F Aircraft Qualification conducted by members of S3 Incorporated New Equipment Training Team (NETT). The NET Team was under contract from the Project Managers Office - Cargo Helcopters, Aviation Missile Command (AMCOM), located at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama, to conduct the worldwide fielding and training for the CH-47F Chinook helicopter.

   In August 2011, 07-08735 was transferred to Company B - "Voyagers", 171st Aviation Regiment, Wheeler Army Airfield, Oahu, Hawaii, to support the NETT training of that unit.

   As of 2 November 2011, the last known location of 07-08735 was at Wheeler Army Airfield.

   Aircraft status: Flyable.

Five Multi-Function Displays (MFD) are included that give the aviator superior cockpit management tools for situational awareness. Moving map displays, integrated with dual Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and Inertial Navigation Units (INU), provide the pilots with precise navigation information regardless of the weather or environmental conditions.
